Key Responsibilities

• Perform construction cleaning at residential and commercial job sites.

• Remove debris dust and leftover materials from work areas.

• Sweep mop vacuum and dust floors and surfaces.

• Clean windows mirrors countertops and fixtures.

• Sanitize kitchens bathrooms and other common areas.

• Empty trash and replace liners.

• Clean baseboards doors walls and other detailed surfaces.

• Operate and maintain basic cleaning equipment and tools.

• Properly use cleaning chemicals.

• Travel between job sites as needed.

• Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license.

• Proof of auto insurance.

• Reliable transportation.

• Dependable and punctual.

• Cleaning experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.

• Ability to bend kneel squat climb stairs and reach overhead throughout the shift.

• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions.

Schedule Details

• Day shift.
