Join Rinchem and be part of shaping a brighter future for global YOULL LIKE THIS JOBGreat people and a great place to workExciting and challenging work that helps build the future of technology from the foundation upFlexible working environment where you can fit life around workwe call that balanceOpportunity to guide and lead others while furthering your careerSCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollow written work instructions and job procedure documents preciselyWork safely and utilizes all necessary PPEEscalate any potential safety or quality concerns Perform accurate quality control checksTo properly track and maintain all dip-tubes sent by vendors to have on hand an adequate level of dip-tubed drums to maintain the customers requirementsProperly use dip-tube management program and other special programs in Warehouse Management SystemMaintain daily startup/shut down procedures packet for day-to-day clean room operation and turn into the cleanroom supervisorProperly tag drums with dip-tubed stickers as inventory is processed through the clean roomOn-call during off hours for any issues associated with dip-tube inventoryCheck all inserted dip-tubes using proper key codesNeutralize and dispose of wastewater as neededTake and send water sample at the end of each month Remove all tubes from spent drums and prepare returnable drums for shipmentMaintain cleanliness of the cleanroomReceive label wrap inspect and stow on hold and reject material when returned by delivery staff in accordance with return authorization form SOPPerform filter change-outs when necessaryAssist CSR in daily operationsPerform warehouse technician duties as needed Provide assistance for chemical deliveries as neededParticipates in process improvement teamsMust serve on the Cleanroom Operations committeeParticipate in safety quality or other committee memberships as neededOrder cleanroom supplies as needed through appropriate channelsParticipate in special operations as requested by the Operations ManagerQUALIFICATIONSExperience and Education:One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceHazardous Material Handling experienceCommunicationSkills:Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situation; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings; able to read and interpret written information Effectively and appropriately communicate with vendors customers providers and other Rinchem employees including both oral and written communicationComputerSkills:To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Management systems as well as Inventory softwareAbility to compile and analyze data and prepare reports from dataCertificates Licenses and/or Registrations:Obtain and maintain Clean Room Technician CertificationFamiliarity with OSHA and DOT regulations (We will Train you)Requires visual acuity reading skills mathematical skills and analytical skillsOther SkillsandAbilities:Requires visual acuity reading skills mathematical skills and analytical skillsRequires facial hair to be shaved to ensure proper facemask fitAbility to organize review analyze and file paperworkAccurately read and comprehend word and numbersAbility to create graphs and charts from dataAbility to discern difference in data to accurately organize informationAbility to accurately organize package store ship and receive materialsAbility to always work safelyAbility to effectively schedule plan prioritize and set goalsAbility to safely drive a forklift in accordance with safe practicesMust be able to retain training on primary responsibilities and demonstrate proficiencyAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand for long periodsOtherQualifications:The physical demands of the job representative of essential functions to perform the position.
