Earning Potential:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience: $0.76 cpm Dry Van / $0.81 cpm for Reefer
• 1 year to 2 years experience: $0.79 cpm Dry Van / $0.84 cpm for Reefer
• 2 years experience: $0.81 cpm Dry Van/ $0.86 cpm Reefer
• average weekly pay $2200-2800

We are seeking professional experienced Class A CDL Drivers for OTR lanes across the Lower 48 states (No NYC routes). This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering high miles modern equipment and excellent flexibility with no forced dispatch. Drive the miles you want and manage your own schedule with a driver-focused team.

• High Volume Miles: Consistent average of 3200 miles per week

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL-A)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Route Readiness: Must be prepared and willing to run all 48 states (excluding New York City).
• Tax Classification: Understanding and acceptance of 1099 independent contractor tax status
