We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our Sandusky OH hub. This position focuses on regional lanes serving Northern Ohio and the Lake Erie corridor with consistent freight patterns and a schedule that gets you home regularly. • Localized Corridors: Primary routes include I-80/90 between Toledo and Cleveland I-75 south to Findlay and US-250 east to Norwalk. Regional runs may extend to Detroit MI and Erie PA but always return to Sandusky.
• Late-Model Fleet: You will drive a 2023 or newer tractor all under 18 months old equipped with automatic transmissions collision mitigation and lane departure warnings.
• Weekly Pay Target: Average weekly earnings sit around $1750 based on mileage and stop pay. Performance bonuses add potential upside.
• Home Time: Expect to be home multiple times per week with most routes offering daily or every-other-day returns.

• Health Blueprint: Medical dental and vision coverage begins on day 30. Company-sponsored HSA and FSA options available.
• Pet and Rider Policy: Approved pets and riders are allowed after 90 days of employment. Rider must meet age and safety requirements.

Your safety record must meet these strict gates:

• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or drug/alcohol-related incidents in the last 5 years.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.
