Class A CDL Driver – Central Florida & Southeast Loops

Looking to step into a high-demand dedicated grocery fleet in Central Florida We are hiring entry-level trainees and experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail and grocery supply route running out of Cocoa Florida. Get consistent weekly pay steady mileage and regular home breaks with layovers every other day.

• Weekly Earnings Average: $1200 to $1300 gross per week
• Target Annual Income: $62400 to $67600 per year ($1200$1300/wk 52 weeks)
• Pay Package Model: Per-load flat rate $10.00 per stop $0.11 per mile
• Weekly Distance: 1600 to 2400 miles per week
• Performance Rewards: Eligible for ongoing driver performance bonus incentives

• Home Time Schedule: Every-other-day home time (10-hour daily breaks and 34-hour weekly restarts).
• Route Profile: Servicing major Central Florida cities and regional out-of-state runs into Georgia and South Carolina.
• Shift Assignment: Dedicated late afternoon/night start times (ranging between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM; primary driving window 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM).
• Freight & Fleet Conditions: Temperature-controlled reefer trailers; live unloads at each stop; slip-seating required.
• Weekly Cadence: Weekend work and overnight dispatches are mandatory; holiday dispatch expectations are mandatory based on shipping demand. (Mid-week 2-day resets are available).

• Experience Requirements: Open to both CDL-A Trainees (0 months experience) and experienced solo drivers.
• Hiring Radius: Must live within 35 miles of Cocoa Florida (Zip Code: 32926).
• Required Licensing: Valid Class A CDL and active DOT Medical Card (no endorsements required).
• Screening Standards: Clean driving record; must pass pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant).
