Job Summary
American Welding and Gas Inc. (AWG) has an immediate opportunity for aBulk Delivery Driver inWinchester KY. This position requires a Class A CDL with HazMat Tanker and Air Brake endorsements.
Bulk Delivery Driver Duties:
- Responsible for loading unloading and delivering CO2 and cryogenic liquids in transport tankers and/or cryogenic vessels.
- Read understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with CGMP Hazmat OSHA DOT and other regulatory agencies.
- Ensure appropriate preparation completion and accuracy of paperwork.
- Ensure vehicles are appropriately placarded and/or labeled.
- Perform pre-inspection of vehicle and reports any problems to manager.
- Maintain electronic trip-logs.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
- Overnight trips may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- CDL Class A license with HazMat Tanker and Air Brakes.
- Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug-screen and physical and company administered road test.
- Delivery experience a plus.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Clean driving record 3 years.
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
- Good customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable using computers.
Physical requirements:
- Lifting bending twisting climbing crouching kneeling.
- Driving vehicle.
- Repetitive movement.
- Operating motorized equipment.
- Sitting; standing; walking.
- Working indoor/outdoor as business needs.
- Working at increased noise levels.

Two shifts available:
- Shift: 1st 7 AM - 4PM- Monday through Friday.
- Shift: 2nd 4 PM to Midnight - Monday through Friday.
