Class 1 Engineer

Class 1 EngineerOverview:As an Class 1 Engineer you will ensure a safe efficient and well-maintained hotel environment. You will maintain wiring domestic hot and cold water systems control HVAC electrical plumbing repairs and lighting systems. You will be expected to inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers and assist with general maintenance :Schedule and complete equipment and maintain low-pressure boiler for the hot water and maintain other vessels as needed for hot water kitchen steam and air conditioning mechanics and external contractors with repairs of hotel property and and maintain commercial kitchen and laundry and maintain swimming pool and pool of all assigned work orders and daily direction for house calls via a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and a thorough understanding of OSHA rules and :Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry electrical plumbing etc.)Ability to lift up to 100 lbsAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidaysMust exhibit a positive attitude at all times
