ABOUT THIS ROLE

As our full-time Claims Review Analyst youll investigate and evaluate internal and external appeals involving benefit determinations Usual & Customary reductions discount disputes and eligibility matters. Youll collaborate with internal review vendors and Independent Review Organizations (IROs) to support a thorough and compliant review process while preparing clear professional correspondence for providers members representatives and attorneys. Throughout the day youll communicate with claims processors reinsurers vendors providers members clients and legal representatives helping ensure that every appeal is researched carefully and resolved accurately.
