Civil Works Supervisor in Houston

We are looking for a passionate Civil Works Supervisor to lead the execution of complex infrastructure projects that shape the future of sustainable mobility. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that every structure we build meets the highest standards of safety quality and performance.
Your Role Your Impact
- Oversee on-site civil construction activities ensuring scalability and compliance with Alstoms engineering standards.
- Coordinate with design procurement and project management teams to maintain seamless collaboration across disciplines.
- Ensure reliability and quality of civil works through rigorous inspection and adherence to ISO 9001 and EN 50126 standards.
- Drive innovation by implementing digital construction tools such as BIM and Lean Construction methodologies.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across project teams and subcontractors.
Youll work with sharp committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in civil engineering design and construction supervision using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of railway infrastructure standards and construction sequencing.
- Experience applying Lean Construction or Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows.
- Ability to interpret geotechnical and structural reports to guide field decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage contractors and ensure safety compliance.
