Location: Richmond VA Hybrid Enjoy working remotely on Mondays and collaborating with our team in the office Tuesday through Friday.

Note: Applicants must have an active Virginia bar license 2 years of civil litigation experience and Virginia circuit court trial experience.

Job Description

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution or trial.
• Develop case strategies draft pleadings and motions and manage discovery.
• Represent clients in negotiations hearings depositions and Virginia circuit court proceedings.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful legal guidance.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
• Take ownership of your caseload while benefiting from a collaborative well-supported practice.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Virginia.
• 2 years of civil litigation experience.
• Virginia circuit court trial experience required.
• Strong legal writing research negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Experience in commercial contract or real estate litigation preferred.
• DC or Maryland bar admission is a plus.

• Salary bands:

• 2 to 3 years: $120K to $135K total annual compensation.

• 4 to 6 years: $135K to $155K total annual compensation.

• 7 years: $155K to $170K total annual compensation.
