Location

Oklahoma City OK Full-time on-site position. Join our team in a professional office setting where youll collaborate directly with experienced attorneys and play an active role in litigation.

Note

We welcome attorneys at all experience levels! Oklahoma Bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission is essential. Civil litigation experience is preferred particularly in defense litigation but we encourage motivated attorneys with strong legal research writing and advocacy skills to apply.

Job Description

• Manage and assist with civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings substantive motions briefs discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research investigate claims and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions hearings mediations and trials.
• Analyze evidence review case documents and collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff.
• Communicate professionally with clients opposing counsel and other parties.
• Help defend clients in insurance commercial negligence product liability and general liability disputes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Oklahoma Bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly.
• Civil litigation experience preferred; attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
• Strong legal research writing analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines organize cases and work collaboratively.
• Professional judgment attention to detail and a proactive approach to legal work.
