Optional 9/80 schedule with every other Friday or Monday off)

Lead design engineering projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing leadership position and enjoys driving projects forward while mentoring teams and maintaining high-quality standards.

What youll be doing:

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams across engineering projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
• Develop manage and forecast project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate internal teams subconsultants and external stakeholders
• Oversee technical deliverables ensuring quality and adherence to QA procedures
• Lead meetings presentations and proposal development efforts
• Review and approve invoices design changes and project documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team development

What you bring:

• BS in Civil Engineering
• PE license required
• 8 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong background in highway and/or structural design
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
• Excellent communication negotiation and client-facing skills
• Experience with budgeting scheduling and proposal development
