Position: Civil Engineering Experts
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$80/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Construct civil engineering scenarios for large-scale infrastructure design cycles multi-stakeholder permitting and regulatory review.
• Build tasks across structural design transportation engineering water resources geotechnical engineering and construction project management.
• Develop engineering scenarios using tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit HEC-RAS and enterprise project management platforms.
• Apply civil engineering methodologies like structural load analysis geotechnical site assessment and hydrology/hydraulic modeling. Produce reference design plans and stakeholder-facing technical narratives.
• Author rubrics to distinguish authentic civil engineering judgment from generic textbook recall.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5 years working as a civil engineer or engineering lead at a major firm construction company or public infrastructure agency.
• Direct ownership of large-scale infrastructure designs or construction project delivery.
• Fluency in civil engineering tooling and methodologies plus understanding of regulatory approvals and public agency oversight.

Preferred

• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• Experience in rubric engineering-training curriculum or design documentation authorship.
