What Youll Do:

• Design plan and supervise construction of infrastructure projects including buildings roads water and sewage systems
• Consult with project stakeholders and management on engineering requirements for design and construction
• Use design software and drawing tools to accurately render and communicate designs
• Assess strength of foundations concrete asphalt and steel through inspections and material testing
• Plan projects using drawings blueprints aerial photography survey reports and topographical data
• Estimate materials equipment and labor needed to determine project costs
• Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and surveyors to ensure proper project progress
• Monitor project progress to ensure design specifications safety and sanitation standards are met

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required; Masters degree preferred

PE license required

Proficient in CAD and related design data recording and analysis software

Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles practices and construction methods

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to travel to various project sites as needed

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. no visa sponsorship available
