Job Summary
Growing engineering firm is looking for a talented Civil Engineer for their Duluth Minnesota office!
Responsibilities:
- Manage clients/projects
- Develop design concepts
- Prepare reports estimates contract documents specifications
- Administer the public bidding process
- Assist with business development (attend industry functions client meetings and presentations)
- Communicate with clients and external contractors
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering
- 5 years municipal engineering experience
- PE License
- Knowledge of NDOT or MnDOT requirements State-Aid procedures and funding programs (USDA Rural Development and Public Facility Administration)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation preferred
