Civil Designer

In this role you will be responsible for preparing civil site design plans and supporting the development of a variety of projects including single-family residential multi-family industrial and commercial developments. Responsibilities include producing grading drainage utility and roadway plans collaborating with engineers and project managers and ensuring designs comply with local state and client standards.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role is 100% on-site in Dallas TX.

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Civil Engineering Technology Drafting or a related field preferred.
• 2 years of civil design experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Experience preparing site development plans for single-family residential multi-family residential industrial and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of grading drainage utility layouts and site development principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
