Civil Design Engineer

This position focuses on light industrial site development projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of site civil design experience strong Civil 3D skills and familiarity with local permitting.

This is a full-time on-site direct hire opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare site plans for paving drainage utilities and grading

• Manage and coordinate permitting with local agencies

• Work closely with internal teams (survey project management construction)

• Communicate with external consultants and contractors to ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant experience

• 5-10 years of relevant civil/site design experience

• Strong understanding of in AutoCAD Civil 3D MS Excel

• Experience with local regulations and permitting processes

• Strong organizational and communication skills
