Location

Albuquerque NM. This is a full-time on-site position offering the opportunity to collaborate directly with our engineering and design team.

Note

Candidates must have at least 1 years of civil CAD drafting or design experience and be available to work on-site in Albuquerque NM. A Professional Engineer (PE) license and previous management experience are not required.

Job Description

• Prepare and update civil engineering drawings and construction plan sets for land development and site design projects.
• Assist with site layouts grading plans drainage systems utility layouts and roadway drawings.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop accurate organized and detailed CAD drawings.
• Work closely with civil engineers and senior designers to turn project concepts into practical plans.
• Review and revise drawings to maintain quality consistency and project standards.
• Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and contributing to efficient design workflows.

Qualifications

• 1 years of civil CAD drafting or design experience.
• Experience using AutoCAD or Civil 3D for engineering drawings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with civil site plans grading drainage utilities or roadway design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn from experienced team members.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Albuquerque NM.
