Reporting to the Network Infrastructure Lead the Cisco Network Analyst ensures robust infrastructure supporting telecommunications Active Directory Exchange and virtualization for hospital departments and practices.

• Design & Support: Plan install and support network/telecom equipment ensuring maximum uptime.
• Maintenance & Security: Manage system backups user accounts and maintain rigorous documentation.
• Technical Liaison: Collaborate with departments to design solutions and resolve integration issues.
• On-Call Support: Provide 24/7 on-call and hands-on support to resolve Helpdesk issues.

• Education: Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 35 years in network infrastructure or systems administration preferably in healthcare.
• Skills: Proficiency in Cisco networking Active Directory Exchange and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
