JOB TITLE: TechnicianDEPARTMENT: SlotsJOB SUMMARY:Performs general repair work and maintenance of slot machines on the machines to ensure legitimate play. Sets up and verifies all slot machines being converted or all necessary updates RAM clears and authorized all maintenance tasks assigned by the Slot Technical have a working knowledge of electrical circuitry in order to read and interpret shoots and correct electrical JOB FUNCTIONS:Responsible for practicing supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all timesFamiliarity with electronicsMust have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful mannerInstall remove convert and swap slot machines when neededMaintain good working relations with all levels of the organizationQUALIFICATIONS:Ability to communicate effectively with Guests Team Members and Management in both written and verbal formMust be capable of using various electronic test equipment and power tollsAbility to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification specifically a Nevada Gaming licenseMust be 21 years of ageEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalentPHYSICAL MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Requires normal corrective vision range the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters numbers and dexterity to operate job related is typically in an area which may be noisy and may contain second hand to climb bend reach pull up to 35 pounds walk and stand for the duration of the shift Performance of job duties will require standing walking lifting reaching pushing pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
