CHILDREN'S CLUB SUPERVISOR

This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a safe engaging environment for Youll DoAs the Childrens Club Supervisor you will partner with the Childrens Club Manager to ensure The Reef operates at the highest standards of safety service and quality. Youll help lead the team oversee daily operations support training and create exceptional experiences for our members guests and their ResponsibilitiesAssist in the daily operation of The Reef Childrens by example while maintaining Forbes Five-Star hospitality coach train and support Childrens Club team with hiring onboarding scheduling payroll and performance a safe clean and engaging childcare compliance with all childcare safety policies sanitation standards and emergency and participate in age-appropriate games crafts educational activities camps and special strong relationships with children parents members and guests through personalized member and guest concerns professionally and staffing levels to maximize service while controlling labor inventory of toys games crafts and childcare reservations check-ins/check-outs and point-of-sale transactions reception and childcare areas in an organized and welcoming phones respond to inquiries and assist members following Forbes Five-Star service proficient in reservation point-of-sale and childcare management children are released only to authorized parents or safety concerns immediately and promote a culture of safety throughout the current on childcare trends and implement programs that enhance the member additional duties as assigned to support Childrens Club and Surf Club to read write speak and understand degree in a related field two (2) years of experience in a luxury club resort or hospitality least one (1) year of supervisory or management drivers license AED and First Aid certification required or the ability to obtain certification upon & SkillsExperience working with children ages 6 months through 12 leadership communication and organizational of childcare operations safety procedures and child of operating and capital to multitask in a fast-paced family-focused customer service skills with a passion for with reservation systems point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is RequirementsAbility to communicate effectively with members guests children and to walk throughout the property for extended carry and move up to 35 to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather be able to stand bend reach and remain active throughout scheduled Join Ponte Vedra Inn & ClubAt Ponte Vedra Inn & Club we are committed to creating extraordinary experiences for our members guests and team members.
