• Manage and develop the team of teachers
• Coordinate and execute weekly schedules for all team members
• Setting and attaining site sales goals
• Maintain site standards including but not limited to: cleaning stocking and pricing of merchandise and helping with equipment set changes
• Local marketing
• Facilitate parent-child interactive activities
• Age appropriate play activities
• Teach a minimum of two birthday parties per month
• Lesson plan according to Gymboree Play & Music curriculum
• Be responsible for knowing and achieving sales goals
• Answer incoming calls make outbound calls greet and service customers

• Experience working with children newborn to 5 years preferred
• Management experience is preferred
• Group leadership skills
