• Greet trial families explain memberships and invite them to enroll
• Follow up with trial families and prospective members by phone text or email
• Answer calls respond to inquiries and help families find classes
• Participate in farmers markets festivals preschool visits and free community classes
  
  

• Enthusiasm humor patience and a genuine love of children
• Confidence leading groups and connecting with parents
• Comfort speaking with prospective families and making follow-up calls
• Reliability teamwork and a willingness to learn
• Ability to perform an active job involving standing bending and lifting up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  
  

• 3240 hours/week subject to scheduling needs and availability
• Weekend availability required; Monday afternoon team meetings required
• Flexible scheduling where business needs allow; occasional off-site events
• $14$18/hour based on qualifications and experience
