We are seeking a dynamic and driven Child Care Center Assistant Director with daycare or preschool enrollment experience to support center operations lead our team and help drive growth.

What Youll Do
- Lead with passion to inspire staff children and families every day.
- Ensure full compliance with all state licensing regulations and health/safety standards.
- Recruit coach and engage educators to foster a high-performing collaborative team.
- Support teachers in successfully implementing our proprietary curriculum in fun and creative ways.

Qualifications
- Required: Prior marketing and childcare experience.
- Required: At least 1 year of childcare center leadership or management experience and 1 year of teaching experience.
- Required: Director/Administrative credential (per state licensing requirements).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Strong up-to-date knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
