We follow evidence-based play-centered methods based on the Early Start Denver Model.

As a Child Autism Specialistyoull have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young childrendiagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of Masters-level clinicians. It is anentry-level roleanddoes not require prior certification;we provide complete training for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Offerone-on-one developmental and behavioral supportto children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment guided by science-backed naturalistic therapeutic methods

  • Implement intervention planscrafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis speech and occupational therapy

  • Team up with the childs healthcare professionals to provide consistent high-quality care

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with children aged 2-6 ideally in a professional capacity

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Computer and tablet literacy

  • Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality isessential

  • Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently shift positions quickly lift up to 50 lbs. sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time sit in a chair stand walk and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required (as verified by resume application or BACB attestation for RBT certification).Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree.
