As a Child Autism Specialistyoull have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young childrendiagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of Masters-level clinicians. It is anentry-level roleanddoes not require prior certification;we provide complete training for this position.

Responsibilities
Offerone-on-one developmental and behavioral supportto children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment guided by science-backed naturalistic therapeutic methods
Implement intervention planscrafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis speech and occupational therapy
Team up with the childs healthcare professionals to provide consistent high-quality care
Qualifications
Previous experience with children aged 2-6 ideally in a professional capacity
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Computer and tablet literacy
Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality isessential
Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently shift positions quickly lift up to 50 lbs. sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time sit in a chair stand walk and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
High school diploma or equivalent is required (as verified by resume application or BACB attestation for RBT certification).Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree.
What We Offer
- $21.50 - $28.50/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. The initial offer hourly pay will be between $21.50 - $22.75. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
