What Youll Do

TheDirector Chief ofStaff to the Chief OperatingOfficerserves as a strategic advisor and operational leader responsible for helping drive the execution ofSharkNinjashighest priority Operations initiatives.

Partnering closely with the COO and Operations Leadership Teamyoullhelp translate strategy into executionestablishoperating rhythms improve cross functional alignment and ensure our most important initiatives are delivered with speed discipline and measurable business impact.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in ambiguity enjoys solving complex business problems and excels at bringing people together around a commonobjective.

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the COO to translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans with measurable business outcomes.

• Support execution ofSharkNinjashighest priority initiatives across the Operations organization.

• Coordinate executive priorities leadership decisions and follow through across the Operations Leadership Team.

• Prepare executive presentations Quarterly Business Reviews strategic planning sessions and Board materials.

Drive Growth & Execution

• Lead cross functional initiatives that enable business growth operational scalability and organizational effectiveness.

• Partneroninitiatives supporting geographic expansion operational readiness supply chain scalability and new product launches.

• Build strong partnerships across Operations Commercial Finance Product Development Information Technology and People & Culture to align priorities and execution.

• Identifyexecution risks early remove barriers and accelerate decision making.

Program Governance & Operational Excellence

• Develop governance processes integrated project plans executive dashboards and performance metrics.

• Monitor progress against strategicobjectivesand recommend course corrections when needed.

• Drive accountability through disciplined operating reviews and executive reporting.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify execution improve productivity and strengthen operational performance.

Transformation & Operating Model

• Help develop scalable operating models playbooks and best practices that enableSharkNinjato launch new products enter new markets and support future growth.

• Partner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness strengthen cross functional collaboration and enhance execution.

• Support productivity initiatives including automation and AI enabled ways of working.

Cross Functional Leadership

Build strong partnerships across:

• Global Supply Chain(APAC) travel to and from Asia will be a requirement for this role

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degreerequired; MBA preferred.

• 812 years of experience in management consulting operations strategy supply chain manufacturing finance transformation program management or a Chief of Staff role.

• Experience supporting senior executives and leading complex cross functional initiatives.

• Strong analytical financial and operational business acumen.

• Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experienceoperatingsuccessfully in a fast paced high growth environment.
