The Position: Our client is looking for a Chief Medical Officer to join their executive leadership team. The pay range our client is offering is $255000 to $345000 depending on experience.

Requirements:

• MD or DO Required
• Board Certification Required
• Current California Medical License or Ability to Obtain Prior to Employment
• 8 Years of Clinical Leadership Experience
• FQHC or Community Health Center Experience Preferred
• HRSA FTCA PCMH or Value-Based Care Experience Preferred
• Bilingual Preferred (Chinese or Spanish)

Responsibilities:

• 32 to 40 Hours Per Week
• Schedule Includes Saturdays
• Reports Directly to the CEO
• Serve as a Member of the Executive Leadership Team
• Provide Clinical Leadership Across Medical Dental Behavioral Health and Optometry
• Oversee Physicians Advanced Practice Providers and Clinical Leadership
• Lead Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Initiatives
• Oversee Credentialing Privileging and Peer Review
• Support Provider Engagement Productivity and Clinical Operations
• Ensure Compliance With HRSA FTCA and Other Regulatory Requirements
• Assist With Clinical Strategy Growth and Long-Term Planning
