For more than 65 years MDH has been a trusted healthcare provider for the region delivering comprehensive inpatient outpatient emergency surgical and specialty services. Deeply rooted in its community MDH is known for its commitment to high-quality accessible care and strong local partnerships.

MDH is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and transformation. Reporting to the Board of Directors the CEO will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the health system with responsibility for advancing the organizations mission strengthening performance and positioning MDH for long-term success.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an executive who is energized by the chance to make a meaningful impact. Key priorities include:

• Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan
• Driving financial and operational performance while helping guide the organizations continued financial turnaround efforts
• Strengthening revenue cycle operations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency reimbursement and cash flow

The ideal candidate will bring a track record of executive leadership within a hospital or health system environment demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and a passion for serving rural and community-based healthcare organizations.
