This is an opportunity for a hands-on senior leader to step into a broad CEO role within an established and highly profitable technology services business. With significant growth already underway across ITAD technology lifecycle services hardware trading and emerging AI infrastructure the business is looking for someone who can bring structure efficiency and scalable processes to the next stage.

The Role

As CEO you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and continued development of the business working closely with the founders to build a more structured efficient and scalable operation.

You will have visibility across operations people commercial activity trading finance HR and business systems with the freedom to make meaningful improvements across the organisation. The role will suit someone who is comfortable being hands-on solving complex problems and leading from the front while also having the commercial awareness to help identify and develop new areas of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the overall business creating greater structure accountability and operational efficiency
• Identify and implement improvements across trading sales processes operations and back-office functions
• Build scalable processes and systems that support continued growth without compromising profitability
• Lead develop and retain a high-performing team creating a strong culture and clear career progression
• Oversee budgets financial performance compliance HR and key business systems
• Improve how buying selling and commercial decisions are evaluated and managed across the business
• Support the continued growth of ITAD technology lifecycle and data centre-related services
• Act as a senior representative of the business with key customers partners and at industry events
• Take ownership of complex operational challenges and drive practical solutions from idea through to implementation

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience within ITAD technology lifecycle services data centre services third-party maintenance refurbishment or a closely related technology services environment
• Strong operational leadership skills with experience improving processes productivity and business efficiency
• Commercially minded with experience making decisions that have a significant impact on revenue profitability or operational performance
• Comfortable working across both the operational and commercial sides of a business
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure or hardware with the confidence to engage with customers and technical teams
• Experience leading and developing teams with a genuine focus on employee engagement and retention
• Comfortable taking ownership of budgets business systems compliance and wider organisational responsibilities
• A hands-on visible leadership style with the ability to solve complex problems and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Based in or able to work on-site in Los Angeles CA
