Were looking for a Chief Estimator whos done this at a high level and is ready for a seat at the table.

The Role - Youll lead full estimates on complex heavy civil projects - drainage excavation concrete and bridge work - while mentoring your team driving alternative delivery pursuits and carrying real profit/loss responsibility. This is not a background role.

What You Bring

• 10 years of heavy civil/highway estimating experience
• Top-notch estimating skills across drainage excavation concrete and bridge projects
• Experience with alternative delivery models (CMAR design-build P3)
• HCSS Heavy Bid proficiency
• 4-year engineering degree or a combination of technical training and/or related experience
