Job Summary

Description

The Chief Engineer will oversee all systems engineering and design activities required to engineer and implement the WDP System. This person will prepare maintain and execute the System Engineering Plan (SEP) which governs all architecture and engineering aspects of the program. This person will coordinate between various engineering teams translate customer requirements into system designs and represent the engineering team in the Engineering Control Board (ECB) to support major program milestones and decisions. This person will establish engineering standards and best practices for the program lead technical reviews to assess design progress and ensure integration of all system components. This person will analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements manage technical risks throughout the system lifecycle and collaborate with program management to align technical solutions with program objectives. This person will mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing across engineering disciplines.



Requirements

  • SECRET Security Clearance Required
  • CSSLP GCLD or GSEC certification (for Junior/Journeyman levels)
  • FITSP-D GCSA GISF or SSCP certification (for Senior level)
  • We are actively seeking multiple levels:
    • Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience Bachelors Degree
    • Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience Bachelors Degree
    • Senior: 8 years of experience Bachelors Degree
  • Good communication skills self-starter mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise ( office with computersphoneand printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield large equipment).
