About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead our digital strategy and help drive innovation across the this executive leadership role youll work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute initiatives that improve business operations enhance customer experiences and support long-term growth through technology and digital transformation.

What Youll Do

• Develop and lead the companys digital transformation strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership to align digital initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee digital products platforms systems and technology initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to modernize business processes through technology and automation.
• Manage enterprise digital transformation projects from planning through execution.
• Establish key performance metrics and monitor the success of digital initiatives.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 2 years of leadership experience in digital transformation technology business strategy or executive management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies data analytics AI automation cybersecurity and modern business applications.
• Excellent leadership communication and strategic decision-making skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $110.00$180.00 per hour
