Chief Data Governance

Our Client isseeking an experienced Chief Data Governance to lead their data governance efforts. As a key member of the leadership team you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data governance strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will oversee the data governance program ensuring that our data is accurate secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
* 10 years of experience in data management data governance or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and implementing data governance strategies
* Strong understanding of data governance principles data quality and data security
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g. finance healthcare)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
* 15 years of experience in data management data governance or a related field
* Certification in data governance (e.g. CDGO CDGP)
* Experience with data governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT ISO 27001)
* Strong technical skills including experience with data management tools and technologies
