ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Design configure Install and Maintenance all Audio/Video control system programs including Crestron Q-sys Analog Way AV Audio/Video systems including but not limited to: Crestron Q-sys Analog way RockBot DirecTV Cox Cable IT Operators with guidance for basic troubleshooting of Audio/Video SystemsProvide recommendations for Audio/Video systemsCoordinate replacement and implementation of Audio/Video systems and hardwareEnsure satisfaction to all customers in slot tournaments table games tournaments convention and special lawful directions from and follow work rules and well with all team members and be a positive influence on employee the companys non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreementsWork evening weekend and holiday work hours as requiredMust be able to effectively communicate in EnglishQUALIFICATIONS:Experience with computer operating systems switching hardware audio DSP setup and of networking fundamentals such as: TCP/IP addressing VLANs and VPNExtensive knowledge of LED video wall setup configuration and maintenanceKnowledge of video processorsExtensive experience with Dante and AES67 audio engineering and operationCrestron NVX programming and maintenance experience or related video transportation Q-sys experience with maintenance and design knowledge in audio mixers microphones and DJ equipment Experience with Procentric TV systemsAdvanced knowledge of Office applications i.e.: Word Excel PowerPoint Microsoft WindowsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field desiredTwo years experience programming Audio/Video control systems desiredMust possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guestsCertified Crestron Programmer certificate preferredQ-sys level 1 and level 2 certifications requiredPHYSICAL MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Requires normal corrective vision range the ability to see color distinguish letters numbers and dexterity to operate job related equipmentAbility to climb bend reach pull and lift up to 40 pounds walk and stand for the duration of the care of assigned areaWork may typically be in an area which may be noisy and contain secondhand smokeUsing arithmetic planning and remembering detailsConcentration and control around amid distractionsWorking rapidly and at various temposPerformance of job duties will require standing walking lifting reaching pushing pulling and grasping.
