Position: Chemistry Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65$105/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write synthesis or characterization problems from your own work. Include substrate conditions analytical data and reference answers.
• Grade model-proposed routes and mechanisms. Evaluate disconnection sensibility selectivity claims and spectra-structure alignment.
• Flag model proposals that fail in practice due to side reactivity workup losses or reagent tolerance.
• Provide clear structured feedback to improve AI model training and evaluation.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Graduate degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Laboratory or computational research experience.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguous tasks and ability to flag unclear instructions.
