Job Title:Chemical Delivery Specialist (CDL required)
Location: Gillette WY
Remote Status: Onsite must live locally after do not offer rotational schedules company housing or relocation assistance.
Schedule:Monday-Friday Daytime hours typically 7am-5pm. Occasional weekend due to weather delays customer requests etc.
FLSA Status:Non-Exempt Hourly. Home every night. Overtime is available and expected.

Certifications/Licenses:Class B CDL with tanker hazmat and airbrake endorsements required. Class A CDL preferred.

Essential Dutiesother duties as assigned
- Properly load and unload trucks
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment
- Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner as scheduled
- Treat wells to prevent corrosion scale build up etc.
- Accurately complete bills of lading (BOLs) and other reports according to company policy
- Maintain accurate inventory reports according to company policy
- Timely completion of reports and documentation
- Maintain drivers logs according to DOT regulations
- Follow all SOPs (standard operating procedures)
- Work well both independently and as a team
- Provide excellent customer service
OtherQualifications
Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 100 pounds. Pull and drag hoses in outdoor environments include adverse weather. Tip and move 55-gallon drums weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must be able to reach push pull and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily climbing twisting standing crouching. kneeling sitting walking driving and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk hear and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
Work Environment: Indoors and outdoors with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme winter weather precipitation and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals dust odors fumes oil and gases on a daily basis. Employee will be subject to road conditions found throughout the Williston Basin. Noise level is typically moderate occasionally loud.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years in oil and gas industry is preferred.
Certifications/Licenses: Class A CDL preferred Class B CDL with hazmat tanker airbrakes endorsement required. Must be licensed to drive manuals and automatics.

Language Skills Ability to read interpret and understand documents such as safety rules safety data sheets (SDSs) operating instructions and procedure manual. English language fluency in reading writing speaking and comprehending. Bilingual is beneficial.
Cognitive Skills Ability to read and follow detailed delivery schedules routing instructions and safety data sheets while accurately identifying chemical products labels and hazard markings. Requires strong attention to detail and situational awareness to safely operate delivery equipment across varying site conditions. Must prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment while coordinating loading/offloading operations product transfers and accurate completion of delivery tickets and inventory documentation.
Computer Skills Efficiently navigate a web browser mobile applications electronic timesheets MS Office and programs such as OneNote for recording daily deliveries. Must possess a smartphone with internet access.
Mathematical Skills Ability to accurately calculate and record chemical inventory is crucial. Must be able to add subtract multiply and divide using weight and volume measurements.
