Job Summary

Chef & B Manager

We are seeking an experienced Chef & Food and Beverage Manager to lead all kitchen and F&B operations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service managing staff controlling costs and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen bar banquet and Food & Beverage operations
  • Plan and execute menus including specials and seasonal offerings
  • Manage food and beverage costs inventory purchasing and vendor relationships
  • Supervise and train staff; manage scheduling and labor costs
  • Ensure timely food production and service standards
  • Maintain portion control quality and presentation standards
  • Develop beverage programs including pricing and inventory
  • Monitor budgets forecasts and profitability
  • Enforce sanitation food safety and alcohol service standards
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in culinary and Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills
  • Required Certifications
    • ServSafe Manager Certification
    • Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
