Location: United States (Remote)
- Provide timely and accurate chat support to students and parents
- Assist with inquiries related to enrollment scheduling and educational resources
- Document and track interactions to ensure effective follow-ups
- Collaborate with staff to resolve issues and improve the support process
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Stay updated on school policies programs and technology tools
- Participate in ongoing training and skills development activities

- High school diploma or equivalent
