About the Role: We are seeking a Change Manager to lead organizational change and adoption efforts for a large-scale AI transformation initiative. The primary focus will be supporting the rollout of a new AI-native application that will replace the existing STEP (Systematic Tracking of Exchanges in Procurement) platform. This role will work closely with PMO leadership and business stakeholders to drive user engagement adoption communication training and change readiness activities across multiple regions and project teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading enterprise-wide technology adoption initiatives managing stakeholder engagement strategies and ensuring successful transitions from legacy systems to modern digital platforms.
