Slate is looking for an energetic organized and experienced Change Management Specialist to join our growing team. The Change Management Specialist supports an enterprise wide change program that flows a change in our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system from initiation to EBOM MBOM and SBOM. This role coordinates and facilitates the change management board approval process and effectivity date management as well as supporting change specialists in the manufacturing and service space. The Change Management Specialist will lead the development of change processes in addition to creating and communicating KPI reports.
This is a hybrid role that requires on-site presence at our office in Troy MI 1-2 days per week. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $96000-$120000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience skills and competencies as well as geographic location. (Troy MI)
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Change Management Specialist will ensure the Change Management Process runs smoothly in the PLM system. This involves working directly with the cross-functional team to deliver program excellence and data integrity aligned with Slates corporate objectives.
- Coordinate CRs (Change Requests) and ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) from initiation through BOM implementation ensuring timely completion of cross-functional actions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Education & Experience
- BA / BS Degree in engineering/management discipline or equivalent in experience

- Experience with PLM & ERP systems preferably Windchill and SAP
