Certified Welding Inspector

Are you an experienced welding inspector looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to transition to a permanent position We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Murfreesboro TN. Enjoy a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.

• Conduct inspections and ensure quality in brazing welds and cab manufacturing.
• Provide training on welding operations and techniques focusing on safety and efficiency.
• Develop training materials and curriculum for both in-person and online sessions.
• Utilize the ADDIE model for training development and demonstrate technical proficiency with tools like JDE2 Pierce Truck Builder and ProPlanner.
• Facilitate high-voltage training sessions and support team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships with all team members.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years of welding experience with aluminum and steel.
• Current Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
• Ability to pass a weld test.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Publisher PowerPoint).
• Ability to accurately read a ruler to the 1/32 of an inch.

• Experience with the arch welding process on MIG and aluminum.
