• Perform diagnostic maintenance and repair services on Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical and electronic issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers and service advisors clearly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Volkswagen technology service bulletins and repair techniques.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Certified Volkswagen technician with proven experience in servicing Volkswagen vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate well with colleagues and customers.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
• Valid drivers license and the ability to lift and handle heavy vehicle components as needed.
