Pay Rate: $53.00/hr $56.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Variable Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
EMR: EPIC
About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a Labor & Delivery contract opportunity in Bozeman MT. This role functions as the scrub person under the supervision of the surgeon and RN supporting safe surgical care sterile technique and proper operating room preparation.
Responsibilities

Function as scrub person during surgical procedures

Prepare and maintain sterile instruments supplies and equipment

Ensure case carts are completed according to preference cards

Support safe OR setup and proper equipment function

Coordinate with OR and sterile processing teams

Assist with scheduled and non-scheduled surgical procedures

Follow infection control safety and surgical standards

Maintain clear communication with the surgical care team
Requirements
-
Active Montana credential/license as applicable required

Certified Surgical Technologist required

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or equivalent military program required

High school diploma or equivalent required

American Heart Association BLS required
-
Minimum 1 year of surgical technologist experience required

Acute care operating room experience preferred

Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility

Must be able to work variable shifts holidays and on-call as needed

Facility may place traveler on forced call up to 3 times per contract
