Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible; afternoons/evenings preferred)
Pay Range:$25.00 $29.00 per hour; based on experience
Expected Hours: Minimum 15 billable hours per week

This is a flexible position with multiple scheduling options.

Most RBTs begin with part-time hours based on client needs and staff availability with opportunities for growth based on performance client availability and scheduling needs.

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Provide support addressing communication behavior feeding and social skill development

• Monitor client progress and collaborate with BCBAs regarding treatment updates

• Maintain accurate session documentation and communication with the clinical team

• We provide services in-home in-community and/or clinic settings

HBH is seeking motivated individuals interested in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians through our sponsored RBT Credentialing Program.

As an RBT Trainee with HBH we provide:

• 40-Hour RBT Training through Central Reach Institute

• BCBA Competency Assessment completed with HBH BCBAs

• Support through the BACB certification process

• Eligibility for testing and certification approval is determined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)

• Successful completion of the certification exam is required prior to employment as an HBH RBT

RBT Trainee Program Quick Guide: HBH provides the required 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ONLINE training course at no cost along with guidance and support from our ABA team throughout the training and certification process.

The training and onboarding process typically takes 68 weeks to complete depending on individual progress and credentialing requirements.

Please note that the training period is unpaid and compensation begins only after all training credentialing and onboarding requirements have been successfully completed and you are approved to begin providing direct services to clients.

While the 40-hour training course is provided at no cost registration fees competency assessment and examination fees travel expenses and any other associated costs (i.e. CPR/First Aide) are the responsibility of the trainee and will not be paid or reimbursed by HBH.

Upon successful completion of the RBT certification process and the start of employment participants are expected to fulfill a 360 billable-hour employment commitment with HBH. If this commitment is not met the cost of the 40-hour RBT training course may be subject to repayment in accordance with the RBT Trainee Program Agreement signed prior to enrollment.

• Active RBT Certification preferred

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required (official transcripts required)

• Current CPR/BLS Certification required

• Current First Aid Certification required

• TB Test

• Background Check; completed by employer during Pre-Hire Status

Benefits Eligibility:
Employees averaging 20 hours per week for 4 consecutive weeks become eligible for benefits beginning the first of the following month.
