Pay Rate:$18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

What Youll Do
- Providespeersupportusing their own lived experience to help others feel understood hopeful and less alone.
- Offers practical guidance(e.g. coping strategies navigating services building routines) based on what has worked for them personally.
- Supports recovery goalsby helping people set and work toward goals like stability wellness employment/education or community connection.
- Builds trusting nonjudgmental relationshipsand encourages self-advocacy and independence.
- Works alongside clinicians and community providers(when applicable) to share insights and promote coordinated person-centered care.
- Helps reduce isolationby connecting people to groups resources and community activities.
What Youll Bring
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a human servicesârelated field
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
Required Clearances & Qualifications
- Certified Peer Specialist Training
- Peer Specialist Certification (Required)
- PA Criminal Clearance
- PA Child Abuse Clearance (if applicable)
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- Valid Drivers License
- Not listed on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
