We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a rehabilitation therapy assignment at Indian Hills Manor in Ogallala Nebraska. The position offers a consistent 58-hour shift schedule within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The COTA will work as part of the rehabilitation team to provide occupational therapy services and support patients with their functional and rehabilitation goals. Candidates must have BLS certification and a current Nebraska state license or compact license.
The facility is open to considering new graduate COTAs for this position. The COTA will collaborate with occupational therapists nursing staff rehabilitation professionals and other members of the care team while providing appropriate services within their scope of practice. A 90% productivity requirement applies to this assignment so candidates should be comfortable meeting established productivity expectations.
