Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist

  • Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence

  • Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team

  • Educate residents families and caregivers

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications

  • Current California COTA license

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for resident-centered care

  • New graduates encouraged to apply
