Paramount Community Living and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. Responsibilities:

• Provide resident care including assisting with daily living activities mobility issues and vital signs monitoring

• Accurately document care provided changes in residents conditions and other pertinent information in electronic health records

• Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and supervisor regarding any changes in residents conditions or concerns

• Assist with feeding preparing meals and providing companionship to enhance residents quality of life

• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care

Work Environment:

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment with a focus on providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred

• Current CNA certification in Kansas required

• Physical ability to lift and move residents as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care
