• Companionship and Social Interaction: Offer companionship conversation and daily routine structure
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Support with personal care (bathing grooming toileting)
• Meal Preparation and Transportation: Assist with light housekeeping meal prep and errands
• Medication Reminders: Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Health Monitoring: Keep accurate care notes and report concerns
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 20 years of age
• Reliable transportation valid drivers license & auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Empathy for others strong reliability and a professional demeanor
• CNA License
• Fluent English.
• Must have a smartphone to use the WellSky app for timekeeping.
