We currently have full-time opportunities on 7a-3p 3p-11p or 11p-7a. We also have 12-hour shift options such as 7A-7P or 7P-7A Straight (every Friday Saturday Sunday or Saturday Sunday Monday) or Variable Rotating 7A-7P or 7P-7A 12-hour shifts which are scheduled for 3 days one week and 4 days the following week every other weekend off! The variable rotating option also has eight hours of built in overtime every other week!

Full-time hires are also eligible for a $4000 sign-on bonus!

Part-time temp and per diem positions may also be available.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Providing Activities of Daily Living per a residents individualized care plan.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A CNA WITH US:

High school graduate or equivalency (GED)

Physical ability to do heavy lifting

A current PA Nurse Aide certificate in good standing

Successful completion of all levels of pre-employment screening including tuberculosis testing

Sign-On bonus: $4000 over four installments*

*Sign-On Bonus criteria includes but is not limited to: Bonus program only offered for candidates applying for full-time and hired on or after February 12th 2024. Bonus to be disbursed in four payments over the course of a 1-year period (after 45 calendar days 6 months 9 months and 1 year mark from first date of employment). Installment amounts detailed in guidelines. Employees continued eligibility dependent on attendance and punctuality as defined in guidelines. Those offered a position within the last month prior to the launch of the sign-on bonus program are not eligible. Casual temp self-schedule or part-time nurses or nurse aides are not eligible. Former employees only eligible if this is the second incidence of rehire and have not left in the three months prior to start of program.
